Binary Intelligence is built and ready for production deployment. We're working with a small group of design-partner organizations to deploy in real Windows infrastructure environments and shape the product roadmap.
Who We're Looking For
- Organizations with 500+ Windows endpoints under active management
- IT operations or MSP teams currently dealing with substantial T1/T2 ticket volume
- Willingness to participate in a structured pilot program with documented success criteria
- Capacity to integrate with existing PSA/ITSM tooling (ConnectWise, Autotask, ServiceNow, or similar)
What Design Partners Get
- Direct engineering engagement during deployment and tuning
- Influence over the product roadmap and prioritization
- Discounted or no-cost access during the design-partner period (terms negotiated per partner)
- Reference partner status (with mutual permission) when Binary Intelligence reaches general availability
What We're Asking
- Real-environment deployment in your Windows infrastructure
- Honest feedback during regular pilot reviews
- Documented baseline metrics so we can measure impact together
- Permission to learn from your deployment patterns to improve the product (your data stays yours; the operational learnings inform Binary Intelligence's future)
